The Fond du Lac City Council has given the city manager a favorable performance evaluation. Council president Karen Merkel says following a review city manager Joe Moore has received a 4.75 out of five rating, measuring 15 different elements of performance and leadership; one being poor and five being outstanding. The Council found the City Manager’s fiscal management, communication skills, cooperation, professional attitude and professional conduct to be outstanding. “The last five years have been amazing for the City and your leadership helped us get there.“ said City Council President Karyn Merkel. “This City Manager has earned high marks from City Council and we would like to congratulate Joe Moore on a job well done! The City of Fond du Lac is lucky to have him as our City Manager.”
