Police stepped up presence at the Waupun Area Junior Senior High School today after a student made threats on social media. The School District sent a message to parents that all schools in the district were placed on administrative hold, which means school Is in session but movement of students and staff is limited. Superintendent Tonya Gubin said the threat did not appear to be credible. She says the student is in the custody of his parents. The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office is handling the investigation.
