Nobody was injured in a fire at a vacant Van Dyne home Monday afternoon. Shortly before 1pm firefighters were called to the scene at W6855 Park St. in Van Dyne. Fire departments from Van Dyne, North Fond du Lac, Brandon and Ripon, along with deputies from the Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene. The home owner, Kurt Gross, said he currently uses the building for storage. The fire was contained to an area adjacent to a wood stove.
