MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Republican U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson says that he is praying whoever gets the GOP nomination for president is a person of “integrity.” Johnson made the comment in reaction to questions about Donald Trump not immediately disavowing the support of former Klu Klux Klan leader David Duke. Johnson has previously said that he will support whoever is the Republican nominee. Gov. Scott Walker reiterated Monday that he stands by a pledge he signed when still a presidential candidate to stand by whoever the Republican nominee is. Both Walker and Johnson condemned white supremacy groups.
